Return Window
We offer a 90-day return policy. You have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and instructions.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@tokbolt.com or log in to your account and submit a return request.
Please do not send your item back without prior approval. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Once your return is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide the correct return instructions and return address.
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a defective item, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or another appropriate solution.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
